Hi, I’m Kira.
Teacher. Energy-bringer. Big believer in what children are capable of.
I’m a qualified primary teacher with a passion for helping children feel good about themselves — inside and out. I created Get Up & Glow after seeing how much of a difference simple, consistent experiences can make in a child’s confidence, mindset and relationships.
I wanted to create something that felt fun, real and achievable — without the pressure. A place where children can move, create, connect and grow, in a way that actually fits into family and school life.
